  • Act as the primary point of contact for the merchant's staff regarding any questions or issues with the BNPL service.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure the merchant's team is confident in offering the BNPL solution to every eligible customer.

Customer Service:

  • Address any customer queries or concerns related to the CrediQ BNPL service, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with the application process for the BNPL service as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, preferably within a retail environment with extended credit and BNPL.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and merchant staff and influence others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report on sales data.
