CrediQ is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform built to help people access what they need today and pay over time—on clear terms. We work with trusted retail partners so customers can spread the cost of essentials (such as eyewear, home goods, electronics, furniture and hardware items) into manageable monthly instalments, typically across 6 to 36 months.

Our approach is designed for inclusion and responsible borrowing. We consider more than a credit score by looking at current information, and checking eligibility uses a soft credit check that doesn’t impact your credit score. At checkout, we disclose the repayment schedule and any fees (if applicable) before you confirm, so you can budget with confidence. Our Terms explain that missed payments may result in late fees or suspension of access, and that we may perform credit checks or identity verification.

For merchants, CrediQ is a growth tool that keeps operations simple. Customers choose CrediQ at checkout; your team submits the customer’s details through our online application; and CrediQ settles the sale value with you upfront. We then manage the customer account and instalment collections across the credit period—clean and simple, without the merchant taking on the credit risk.

Trust is central to how we operate. Our Security protection including SSL encryption for data in transit, PCI‑DSS compliant payment processing, and a commitment not to store your full payment card details on our servers. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it to provide BNPL services, and when we may share it—for example with merchant partners for purchase verification; payment processors and banks to manage payments; credit bureaus or identity verification agencies; and government or regulatory bodies when required by law. We also state that we do not sell personal information.

CrediQ is operated by Effortless Consulting Limited. If you have questions, our team is reachable by phone or email and aims to respond within one business day. As we grow, our goal remains the same: make credit feel accessible, transparent and empowering—so households can plan for essentials and merchants can serve more customers with confidence.
